Georgia Tech's magical 2026 baseball season kept rolling along with the naming of the all- conference teams and post- season honors this past week.

First year coach James Ramsey was named ACC Coach of the Year following his team's sparkling performance in the 2026 regular season when they compiled a 45- 9 record overall and a 25-5 conference record.

Tech had five players named first team All- ACC , including almost their entire infield.

Catcher Vahn Lackey was joined by teammates Ryan Zuckerman (3B), Carson Kearce (SS) and Jarren Advincula (2B).

Drew Burress ( CF) rounded out the first teamers for Tech.

Tate McKee (SP) was the Yellow Jackets' lone representative on the second team.

The five first-teamers tied the previous high for Tech baseball from the 2000 season.

Lackey also was recognized as ACC Defensive Player of the Year.

The accolades are meaningful, of course, but Georgia Tech players hold strong to the team goal of pursuing championships. They seek the ACC tournament title this week in Charlotte, where they have earned the number one seed with their regular season crown.
